Fully recommend. The quote was competitive, the communication good, and the roofers were professional and polite throughout.

After having my roof cleaned by another company, I noticed that some of the ridge tiles needed re-pointing. So I contacted Premier as they also did repair work to my parents' roof and was really impressed with the work for them. Anyway, the whole process was seamless, the turned up when the said they would. They were very clean and tidy throughout the job. There was a real sense of pride and enthusiasm in the work they were doing. Something that is a bit of a rarity these days! One thing I'd say is watch out for other companies sharing similar similar names. Just make sure you use the Oxford number (01865) or the Headington address. As you can see from the pictures, the job is REALLY neat and tidy, which they kindly took at the same time to show me.

Jamie & Premier team did a great job fixing leaking velux & roof, replacing tiles with flat roof solution as pitch was too shallow for tiles. Very efficient & tidy would definitely use again

We initially hired Premier Roofing and Gutters Limited to repair a leak in our bay window. Jamie quickly and efficiently assessed the roof, identifying the exact source of the leak. During the inspection, he also discovered a hole on the side of the roof and offered to clean the gutters as well. I agreed to have both issues addressed.

The team was professional and efficient, completing the work quickly and to a high standard. So far, there have been no issues—the leak is completely resolved, and the roof looks great. They also provided helpful advice on areas that may need attention in the future.

Overall, I highly recommend Premier Roofing and Gutters Limited and will definitely hire them again in the future.

The repair to my leaking roof was carried out by Tomas and Maciej who explained what they needed to do as the work progressed. It was an awkward job because it was in a tight space and made worse by having to put right poor workmanship in the original build (1998) and repairs to the same place carried out by a different roofer about 10 years ago. They worked very hard throughout the day and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Had a leaky roof and Jamie and his team did an amazing job fixing it. His team were friendly, hardworking, extremely professional and responsive. When we had addition issues due to the storm Jamie got back to us immediately and fixed the problem as well. We are extremely pleased with the results and have no hesitations in recommending Premier Roofing.
